Perfect Rava Laddu Recipe | How to make Rava Laddu at Home | Sooji Ke Ladoo Recipe
Materials
- Rava/Semolina – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Milk Cream/Malai – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Almonds – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Cashew – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Pistachio – 1 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Desi Khand – 1/2 cup
- Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the Perfect Mouthwatering Rava Laddu, take a bowl and add 1 cup of Rava/Sooji to it.
- Now, little by little, add 1 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of milk cream, mix gently and prepare a soft dough.
- Now, cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 10-15 minutes, check your dough, 1 tbsp of ghee, and knead well.
- Now, take a rolling pin and rolling board and grease them with ghee.
- Now, take a small portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now place a Tawa on flame and heat a little.
- Now, place the rolled dough on the Tawa and roast on low to medium flame.
- After some time, flip the Roti and apply ghee.
- Now again flip it and apply ghee on the second side.
- Now prick the Roti with the help of a fork.
- After your Roti turns golden, transfer it to a plate and roast the next Roti with the remaining dough.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and melt.
- After ghee melts, add 2 tbsp of chopped almonds, 2 tbsp of cashew, 1 tbsp of pistachio, and roast for 1 minute on low flame.
- After 1 minute, turns off the flame and let it cool.
- After both Roti has cooled down, break them into small pieces.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add Roti pieces, and make a coarse powder.
- Now transfer the Roti mix to a bowl and add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Now add 1/2 cup of Desi Khand(You can also use sugar powder or jaggery powder).
- Now add 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut, roasted dry fruits, and mix everything well.
- Now, one by one, take a small portion of the mix and prepare a Ladoo with it.
- Now your Perfect Rava Laddu is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
