Spicy Kurkure Recipe | How to make Kurkure at Home | Easy Masala Kurkure Recipe
Materials
- Sabudana/Tapioca – 100 gms
- Boiled Potatoes – 4
- Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Maggie Masala – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make market-style Kurkure, first take 100 grams of Sabudana/Tapioca.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add Sabudana into it, grind well, and make a coarse powder.
- Now, take 4 boiled and cooled potatoes and grate well with the help of a grater.
- Now, into the grated potato, add Sabudana powder.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Maggi masala(optional).
- Now add 1 tsp of oil and mix everything well and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now, let it set for 15 minutes.
- Now, take a Murukku Maker/Sev maker and grease it with oil.
- After 15 minutes, check the dough.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat well.
- Now, fill the dough into the Murukku maker and close the lid.
- After the oil is medium hot, prepare and add Kurkure into the oil with murukku maker and fry well.
- After Kurkure turns little golden, flip and fries well on all sides until golden and crispy.
- After Kurkure turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your crispy and testy Kurkure is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
