Materials
- Wheat Flour – 1.5 cup
- Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Baking Soda – 2 pinch
- Finely Chopped Capsicum – 3 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Carrot – 3 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Onion – 3 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Cauliflower – 3 tbsp
- Boiled & crushed Peas – 3 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Chilli – 2
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- To make an amazing Crispy Veg Tikka Roll first, take a bowl and add 1.5 cups of wheat flour.
- Now add 1/2 cup of fine semolina, salt as per taste, 3 tbsp of oil, 2 pinch baking soda.
- Now mix everything well, and if the mix holds shape, this means Moin is perfect.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now, apply the oil to the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Now, take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, 3 tbsp of finely chopped carrot, 3 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp of finely chopped cauliflower, 3 tbsp of boiled & crushed peas.
- Now add 2 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic, finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of chat masala, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste and mix well.
- After 10 minutes, check the dough, knead well again, and divide the dough into 2 parts.
- Now, take one part of the dough and roll it thick like Roti.
- Now cut it into a squire piece.
- Now, spread the veggie stuffing on the rolled dough.
- Now slowly roll the dough and make a log and cut it into pieces.
- Now, one by one, take all pieces and press gently on both sides.
- Now, place a pan on flame and oil for shallow fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, turn the flame to low, place veg tikka into the pan, and roast well.
- After 1 to 1.5 minutes, turn all tikka to another side and roast well until golden and crisp.
- After veggie tikka turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
