Veggie Balls Recipe | How to make Veggie Balls at Home | Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- 1 Finely Chopped Carrot
- 4 tbsp Finely Chopped Beans
- 6 tbsp Finely Chopped Red, Yellow & Green Capsicum
- 3 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
- All-Purpose Flour
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 2 tbsp Oats Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt as per Taste
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Instructions
- To make unique Veggie Balls, first, take a bowl and add one finely chopped carrot, 4 tbsp of finely chopped beans, 2 tbsp of green capsicum, 2 tbsp of red capsicum, 2 tbsp of yellow capsicum.
- Now add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp of oats powder(take 4 tbsp of oats and grind well, make a fine powder, and keep the remaining powder aside).
- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, and mix everything well.
- If required, add more oats powder and mix well.
- Pinch small lemon size on the ball, prepare round balls, and press a little on top.
- Now, prepare round balls from the remaining dough.
- Now, take a steamer plate and grease it with oil.
- Now, place prepared veggie balls on the tray.
- Now, place a pan on flame, fill half of it with water, and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, place the steamer plate on the pan.
- Now, close the lid and step it for 15-18 minutes on medium flame.
- While steaming the veggie balls, take a grinding jar.
- Now add two chopped tomatoes, ten soaked red chillies, 1 tbsp of grated garlic, slat as per taste, 1 tsp of sugar.
- Now grind well and make a fine paste.
- Now transfer the chutney into a bowl and keep it aside.
- After 15-18 minutes, check it with a toothpick, and if the toothpick came out clean, Veggie balls are cooked perfectly.
- Now, take out all-veggie balls on a plate.
- Now your Veggie balls are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
