Materials
- 125 grams Puffed rice
- 80 grams Gur/Jaggery
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- To make Perfect Murmura Laddu, first take 3 cups of Murmura and 1 cup of Desi jaggery.
- Now, place a pan on the flame, add Murmura, and dry roast for 2-3 minutes on low, medium flame and stir continuously.
- After Murmura turns crunchy, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and let it cool completely.
- Now, place the pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of ghee to it and melt well.
- After ghee melts, turn the flame to low and add jaggery to it and melt well.
- After jaggery melts, take a small part of jaggery and add it into water.
- If after some time jaggery turns crunchy, this means jaggery is cooked perfectly, and if the jaggery is not crunchy, this means jaggery is not cooked thoroughly and cook more.
- After jaggery is cooked thoroughly, turn off the flame, add roasted Murmura into the pan, and mix well.
- While the mix is hot, dip your hands in water and gently prepare laddu with the mix.
- Now your Murmura laddu is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Murmura Laddu Recipe – Step By Step
