Materials
- 250 grams Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 pinch Orange food colour
- 1 pinch Saffron strands
- 4 tbsp Desiccated coconut
Instructions
- To make perfect Kesar Kaju Barfi, first take 250 grams of cashew.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add cashew nuts to it, grind well on the pulse, and make a fine powder
- Now place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and melt the sugar well on medium flame.
- Now add two pinches of Saffron food color, mix well, and cook until nearby to one string consistency.
- After the syrup is near one string consistency, little by little, add cashew powder into the pan and mixes well on low flame.
- Now add saffron strands soaked into milk, 4 tbsp of desiccated coconut.
- Now mix everything well and cook until it turns thick and stirs continuously.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and stir continuously because the pan is hot.
- Now, transfer the mix to a greased plastic sheet.
- Now cover it with another plastic sheet and knead well with your hands.
- Now, cover the dough second plastic sheet and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now, cut it into small pieces with the help of a cookie cutter.
- Now garnish the barfi silver Vark and pistachio.
- Now, your Kaju Kesar Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
