Instant Potato Manchurian Recipe | How to make Potato Manchurian at Home | Veg Manchurian Recipe
Materials
For Manchurian
- 8 Potato
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 3 Chopped Chillies
- Oil For Frying
For Sauce
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- Red & Yellow Capsicum
- 2 Red Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
Instructions
- To make New Style Potato Manchurian take eight potatoes and wash & peel the skin.
- Now, cut all potatoes into cubes forms.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add water to it and boil well.
- Now add potato pieces into boiling water, add salt per taste, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes, check the potato with a fork, and if the potato cooked 50-60%, the potato is cooked perfectly and turn off the flame and take out potato pieces into a blow.
- Now into the potato, add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp of cornflour, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Now add 1 tbsp of water, mix everything gently and coat potato pieces well.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well on medium-high flame.
- After the oil is hot, one by one, add potato pieces into the oil and fry well on medium flame.
- After some time, flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
- After potato pieces turn crisp golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 3 tbsp of oil, and heat well on high flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and saute well on high flame.
- Now add 3-4 slit green chilli and saute well.
- Now add one chopped onion, two chopped red chilli and mix well and saute on high flame.
- After onion roasted well, add chopped green capsicum, chopped yellow capsicum and mix well and saute.
- Now add spring onion greens and mix well and saute.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, one tsp soya sauce and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
- Now add little by little 1 tbsp of cornflour( take 1 tbsp of cornflour and add water to it and mix well and prepare a slurry, then use it in gravy) and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, add fries potato into the pan and mix well.
- Now add spring onion greens and turn off the flame.
- Now your instant potato manchurian is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
