Materials
- 1 Ripped Mango
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Sooji/Semolina
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- To make a Mango suji cake take a Ripped Mango.
- Now, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
- Now take a grinding jar, add mango pieces, 1/2 cup of sugar to it, grind well, and make a fine paste.
- Now blend everything well.
- Now transfer the batter into a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now, take a Pan and grease it with oil.
- Now, place butter paper on the pan and grease it with oil.
- After 10-15 Minutes, check the batter and add 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Now add 3-4 tbsp of milk and gently mix and prepare ribbon consistency batter.
- Now transfer the cake batter into the pan.
- Now garnish it with chopped pistachio and chopped almonds.
- Now, place a Tawa on flame and preheat for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, turn the flame to low and place the cake pan on Tawa.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 12- 15 minutes.
- After 12-15 minutes, remove the lid and check the cake with a toothpick or knife.
- After the cake is cooked perfectly, then turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now, take the cake from the pan on a plate and remove the butter paper.
- Now, cut it into small pieces.
- Now your mango cake is perfectly ready, and you can enjoy it.
