Mysore Pak Recipe | How to make Mysore Pak at Home | Easy Homemade Mysore Pak
Materials
- 1 cup Gram Flour/Besan
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- To Make a delicious Mysore Pak, first place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of gram flour.
- Now dry roast it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- After Gram flour turns aromatic, turn off the flame and stir continuously because the pan is hot.
- Now, take a bowl and place a strainer on it.
- Now, sieve the gram flour with a strainer and transfer it into the bowl.
- Now, into roasted gram flour, add 1/2 cup of Ghee and mix well with a spoon of whisker.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water to it and melt on low, medium flame.
- Boil the sugar until it reaches near one string consistency.
- While boiling the sugar syrup, take a tray and grease it with Ghee or oil.
- After sugar syrup turns near one string, turn the flame to low, add the gram flour mixture into it, and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of Ghee into the pan and stir until gram flour- ghee mixture is mixed well in sugar syrup.
- Now again, add 2 tbsp of Ghee into the pan and mix well completely.
- After the mix absorbs the Ghee, add 2 tbsp of Ghee and mix well and stir continuously until the mixture leaves the pan.
- After the mix, start leaving the pan, then turn off the flame, transfer the mixture into the greased tray, and spread well.
- Let it rest for 1/2 hour at room temperature.
- After 30 minute Mysore Pak is ready and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your Mysore Pak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
