Super Soft Malai Cake Recipe | How to make Malai Cake at Home | Malai Cake Recipe in Pan
Materials
- 1/3 cup Fresh Curd
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powder
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1 cup Maida
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Water
- 750 ML Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Chopped Almonds & Pista for garnishing
Instructions
- To make Pan Malai Cake, first take a bowl and 1/3 cup of fresh curd to it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar powder, 1/3 cup of neutral oil, and mix everything well with a whisker.
- Now, place a filter on the bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour to the filter.
- Now, into the filter, add 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and sieve and mix everything well.
- After mixing everything, add milk as required and prepare a ribbon consistency batter; it will take nearly 1/2 cup of milk.
- Now, take a pan and grease it with oil.
- Now, place butter paper on the pan and grease it well.
- Now add prepared cake batter into pan tap to spread.
- Now, place heavy base Tawa on the pan and heat well on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, turn the flame to low and place the cake pan on Tawa.
- Now, close the lid and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
- To make Malai Rabari place a pan on low, medium flame, add 2 tbsp of water and rotate the Tawa.
- Now add 750 Ml of boiled milk and boil until it reduces to 60%.
- After milk starts boiling, add 3-4 tbsp of sugar and stir well.
- While boiling, scrape the milk from the side of the pan and mix it into milk.
- Now add one pinch of saffron, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well and cook until its starts coating on the spatula.
- After the milk starts coating on the spatula, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- After 10 to 12 minutes, check the cake with the help of a toothpick.
- After the cake is cooked well, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now transfer the cake to a plate and remove the butter paper.
- Now again, transfer the cake into the pan and prick in it using a fork.
- Now add Malai Rabri and garnish it with chopped pistachio and almonds.
- Now, put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take out the cake from the fridge, and your Malai cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
