Sweet Corn Kabab Recipe | How to make Cron Kabab at Home | Sweet Corn Cutlet
Materials
- 1.5 cups Boiled Sweet corn
- 2 boiled and mashed potato
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 chopped green chilli
- bread crumb of 2 bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- To make Crispy corn Kabab first take a grinding jar and add 1.5 cups of Boiled Sweet corn to it and keep 1/4th cup of corn aside.
- Now grind well and make a coarse paste and do not add water.
- Now transfer corn Paste into a bowl.
- Now into corn paste add 2 boiled and mashed potato, 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 2 finely chopped green chili, bread crumb of 2 bread.
- Now add 1/4 cup of corn( we have saved before ), 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 2 tbsp of gram flour, 1 tbsp of rice flour.
- Now add finely chopped coriander and mix everything well and prepare a dough.
- Now grease your hands and take a small ball size dough and make any shape you want.
- Now prepare Kabab from all mix and if you want to store them then you can store them into an air-tight box and put the bot into the fridge.
- Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well on medium flame.
- Now add kabab into oil and fry on medium flame.
- After some time flip and fry on all sides.
- Now after kabab turns to golden crisp transfer them into a plate and fry another batch.
- Now your Corn Kabab are completely ready and you can enjoy them.
