Materials
- 4 Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 cup Besan/Gram Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- Oil for Deep Fry
Instructions
- To make Onion Pakora take four peeled Onion and cut both ends.
- Now cut into thin slices and cut into small pieces and transfer them into a bowl.
- Now add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of grated ginger, and mix well.
- Now add two chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Cardamom seeds.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, 1/2 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp of rice flour.
- Now, mix everything well with your hands.
- Add more gram flour as required but don’t add too much Gram flour.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for frying and heat.
- When oil becomes hot, take 1 tbsp of oil and add to Pakora mixture and mix well.
- Now, one by one, take a small portion of the mix and drop them into hot oil and fry well.
- After the Pakoda turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your perfect and tasty Onion Pakora is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
