3 Types of Chaat Chutney Recipe | How to make Chaat Chutney at Home
Materials
Green Chutney Ingredients
- Coriander Leaves
- Mint Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 2 tbsp Futana/Roasted Gram Dal
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Water
Mithi Chutney Ingredients
- 50 grams Imli /Tamarind
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- 50 grams Jaggery/Gud
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
Slinky and Smooth Dahi/Curd
- 500 Grams Curd
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Chaat Masala
- 4 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Green Chutney Recipe
- To make Green Chutney first take a grinding jar.
- Now in the grinding jar add coriander leaves, 1/4 cup of fresh mint, 2 green chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tbsp roasted gram gal, 2 pinches of asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of water.
- Now grind everything well.
- Now your Green Chutney is ready.
Mithi Chutney
- To make Mithi chutney first take 50 grams of seedless Chutney.
- Now Soak tamarind in a hot water for 15 Minutes.
- Now take a grinding jar and add soaked Tamarind into it.
- Now grind it well and prepare a fine paste.
- Now place a strainer on a bowl and add grind Tamarind paste to it.
- Now remove any residues.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of to it and heat.
- While oil is Hot add 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds, 2 pinch asafoetida, Prepared Tamarind paste, and 50 grams of jaggery to it.
- Now stir continuously and melt the jaggery.
- Now add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of black salt.
- Now mix everything well.
- while it becomes thick and shiny then turn off the flame and your Mithi chutney is also ready.
Silky Smooth Chaat Curd/Dahi
- First take 500 Grams of thick curd.
- Now place a strainer on a bowl and add curd to it and remove excess water.
- Now transfer Curd to a bowl.
- Now add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
- Now your Silky smooth Chaat curd is ready.
Multi-Purpose Chaat Masala
- To make Multi-Purpose Chaat Masala first place a pan on flame.
- Now add 4 tbsp of cumin seeds and roast on medium flame.
- After cumin seeds turn to golden then add 1 tbsp of pepper powder, tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of black salt, and 1 tsp of coriander powder,
- Now mix everything well and roast little.
- Now turn off the flame and add 1/4 tsp of asafoetida and mix well roast.
- Now transfer it on a platform and grind it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Now add salt and mix well.
- Now store it in an air-tight box.
