Crispy Namakpara Recipe | How to make Namakpara | Potato Namakpara Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 Boiled & Grated Potato
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/4 tsp Mint Powder
Instructions
- To make the amazing Aloo Namakpare, take a bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour to it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of fine semolina, 1/4 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp of Ajwain, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add 4 tbsp of oil and mix everything well.
- Now add three boiled and grated potatoes, mix well and prepare a tight dough.
- Now, apply the oil to the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the dough and knead well one more time.
- Now, take half portion of the dough and roll it to a medium thickness.
- Now cut the medium-thick stirps.
- Now, take a strip and cut it into triangle pieces.
- Now prepare the Namakpare with the remaining dough.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add prepared Namakpare into the pan and fry well until golden and crispy.
- After the Namakpare turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now, take a bowl and add fried Namakpare into it.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tbsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of mint powder.
- Now, close the lid and coat the masala on all sides of Namakpare.
- Now your perfect Namakpare is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
