Green Chilli Sauce Ingredients

  •  2 types Green Chillies
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 20 cloves
  • Ginger – 1.5 inch
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 4 tbsp

Red Chilli Sauce Ingredients

  •  Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 20 cloves
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Dry Red Chillies – 100 gms
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 5 tbsp

Soya Sauce Ingredients

  •  Sugar – 5 tbsp
  • Soya Bean Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 4 tbsp

Materials

Green Chilli Sauce Ingredients

  • Green Chillies (2 Types )
  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 20 cloves Garlic 
  • 1.5 Inch Ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 3 tbsp Sugar 
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar 

Red Chilli Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 20 cloves Garlic 
  • 1 inch Ginger 
  • 100 gms Dry Red Chillies 
  • 2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Water 
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 
  • 3 tbsp Sugar 
  • 5 tbsp Vinegar 

Soya Sauce Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp Soya Bean Flour 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar 

Instructions

Green Chilli Sauce Recipe 

  • To make Green Chilli sauce, first take two different types of Chillies (100 Grams -Mild Chilli and 30 grams – spicy chillies).
  • Now wash and clean all chillies, scrub chillies with a cloth, and remove excess water.
  •  Now, cut the all chillies into small pieces.
  • Now, place the pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of oil and heat well.
  • Now add 20 garlic cloves, 1/5 inch of chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 2 tsp of salt, and mix well.
  •  Now add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  • Now turn the flame to low and close the lid and cook for 8 minutes until soft.
  • After 8 minutes, check the chilli and make sure water is entirely evaporated.
  • Now turn off the flame and add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well and let it cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add all mix into it.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of white vinegar and blend well.
  • Now again, add 2 tbsp of white vinegar and blend everything again.
  • Your Green chilli sauce is completely ready, and you can store it in a bottle.

Red Chilli Sauce Recipe 

  •  To make Red chilli sauce 100 Grams of Dry red chillies.
  • Now, soak all chillies in hot water for 15 minutes.
  •  After 15 minutes, drain the water and keep the water aside; we will use it later.
  •  Now, place the pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of oil and heat well.
  • Now add 20- garlic cloves, 1/5 inch of chopped ginger and saute on low, medium flame.
  • Now add soaked red chilli into the pan, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of red chilli water, 2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder and mix well.
  • Now turn the flame to low and close the lid and cook for 8 minutes until soft.
  • After 8 minutes, check the chilli and make sure water is entirely evaporated.
  • Now turn off the flame and add 3 tbsp of sugar and mix well and let it cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add all mix into it.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of white vinegar and blend well.
  • Now again, add 3 tbsp of white vinegar and blend everything again.
  • Now, filter the red chilli sauce with a strainer.
  • Now your red chilli sauce is completely ready, and you can store it in a bottle.

Soya Sauce Recipe 

  • To Make soya sauce, place a pan on flame, add 5 tbsp of sugar to it, and melt the sugar on medium flame.
  • Now heat the sugar until its turn to dark caramel.
  • Now, take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of roasted soybean flour to it.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of water and prepare lums free slurry.
  • After sugar turns darker like add 2 cups of water and mix well and stir continuously.
  • Now add soya flour slurry and pan and mix well.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 1/4 cup of white vineger.
  • Now boil on medium flame until it turns a little thick.
  • Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now filter it with a strainer.
  • Now your Soya sauce also completely ready, and you can store it in the bottle.

Soya Sauce, Green & Red Chilli Sauce Recipe – Step By Step

Green Chilli Sauce Recipe 

1 – To make Green Chilli sauce, first take two different types of Chillies (100 Grams -Mild Chilli and 30 grams – spicy chillies).

2 – Now wash and clean all chillies, scrub chillies with a cloth, and remove excess water.
3 – Now, cut the all chillies into small pieces.

Red Chilli Sauce Recipe 

1 – To make Red chilli sauce 100 Grams of Dry red chillies.
