  • Chopped Green Chili – 2-3
  • Ginger And Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Flakes – 1/2
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Boiled Potato – 2
  • Chopped Coriander

Materials

  • Vermicelli – 2 Cup
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 1 Cup
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion -1
  • Chopped Carrot -1
  • Chopped Green Chili – 2-3
  • Ginger And Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Flakes – 1/2
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Boiled Potato – 2
  • Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • To make the amazing Crispy Vermicelli Veg Cutlet, take 2 cups of Vermicelli and crush them(keep a small portion of Vermicelli aside to use later).
  • Now place a pan on medium flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee and heat well.
  • After the ghee is hot, add Vermicelli and roast well until golden(1 to 2 minutes).
  • After Vermicelli turns golden, add 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
  • Now, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes until the water is absorbed.
  • After 3 minutes, remove the lid and transfer the cooked Vermicelli to a plate.
  • Now place another pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped carrot, 2-3 chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of chopped red capsicum, and 2 tbsp of chopped green capsicum and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, roast everything well and medium flame.
  • Now, close the lid and cook everything for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, remove the lid, add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder salt as per taste and mix everything well.
  • Now add 2 boiled & mashed potatoes and mix everything well.
  • Now add boiled Vermicelli and mix everything well.
  • Now add finely chopped coriander, mix everything well and turn off the flame.
  • After the mix has cooled down, transfer the mixture to a greased tray and spread well.
  • Now, keep it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, take out the tray from the freezer and cut it into small triangle pieces.
  • Now, take a bowl, add 4-5 tbsp of rice flour, 1 pinch of salt, add 1 cup of water and prepare a slurry.
  • Now, one by one, first dip veg cutlet into slurry; then coat them with crushed Vermicelli.
  • Now, keep all the coated cutlets in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now place a pan on flame, add oil for frying and heat well.
  • Now add prepared Veg cutlet into hot oil and fry well until golden and crispy.
  • After the cutlet turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Now your amazing Vermicelli Veg Cutlet is ready, and you can enjoy them.

Vermicelli Cutlet Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make the amazing Crispy Vermicelli Veg Cutlet, take 2 cups of Vermicelli and crush them(keep a small portion of Vermicelli aside to use later).

9 – Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, roast everything well and medium flame.

11 – After 1 minute, remove the lid, add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala.
