  • Chopped Carrot – 1/4 cup 
  • Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup 
  • French Beans – 1/4 cup 
  • Green Peas – 1/4 cup 
  • Salt as per Taste 
  • Cooked Rice – 1.5 cup *
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee – 2 tbsp 
  • Bay Leaf – 1 
  • Cardamom – 1 
  • Black Peppercorns – 3 to 4 
  • Cinnamon Stick – 1 piece 
  • Green Cardamom – 1 
  • Cumin Seed- 1/2 tsp 
  • Chopped Onion – 1 
  • Silited Green Chili – 2 
  • Chopped Ginger – 1 
  • Cauliflower – 1/4 cup 
  • Chopped Carrot – 1/4 cup 
  • Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup 
  • French Beans – 1/4 cup 
  • Green Peas – 1/4 cup 
  • Salt as per Taste 
  • Cooked Rice – 1.5 cup
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp 
  • Chopped Coriander 

Instructions

  • To make the amazing Mix Veg Rice, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt.
  • After the ghee melts, add one bay leaf, one big cardamom, one cloves, 3-4 peppercorns, one cinnamon stick, one green cardamom, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and saute a little.
  • Next step – add one chopped onion and fry until onion become golden.
  • After the onion turns a little soft, add two slits of green chilli, and 1 tsp of chopped ginger and mix well.
  • After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup of chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup of chopped carrot, 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup of chopped beans, 1/4 cup of frozen peas, salt as per taste, and mix well.
  • Next step – close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid, add 1.5 cups of cooked rice, little ghee, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
  • Next step – turn off the flame, and transfer your Vegetable Pulao into a bowl.
  • Now your amazing Mix Veg Rice is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

1 – To make the amazing Mix Veg Rice, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt.
