Veg Manchow soup is a spicy and hot soup made from mixed vegetables. Manchow Soup is served with fried noodles. It is served as a starter with any indo chinese main course like hakka noodles or Veg noodles or veg fried rice or burnt garlic fried rice or singapore.

बनाओ फटाफट सर्दियों का रेस्टोरेंट वाला Manchow Soup जो एनर्जी के साथ गर्मी ला दे | Veg manchow soup

Boiled Noodles – 1 cup
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Finely Chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Beans – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Cabbage – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green chilli
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
White Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2 cups
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp

  • To make veg Manchow Soup
  • Boil noodle and drain water and let it cool.
  • Add Corn flour and coat noodles.
  • Take a kadhai add oil and heat.
  • Add noodle and fry on medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Take vok/Kadhai heat well.
  • Add oil.
  • Add Finely Chopped Garlic,Finely Chopped Ginger,Finely Chopped Green chilli and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add Finely Chopped Carrot,Finely Chopped Capsicum,Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Beans,Finely Chopped Cabbage and stir fry for 90 seconds.
  • Add Soya Sauce,White Vinegar,Salt,Tomato Ketchup,Chilli sauce,Pepper Powder and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add water and boil.
  • Take a bowl add Corn Flour,water and prepare slurry.
  • Add slurry and mix well.
  • Boil until consistency.
  • Veg manchow soup is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
