Materials
- 1 cup Boiled Noodles
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Beans
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Finely Chopped Ginger
- Finely Chopped Green chili
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
Instructions
- To make the perfect Veg Manchow Soup, first take 1 cup of boiled Noodles.
- Now add 1 tbsp of cornflour on noodles and coat well.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add noodles into the oil and fry well until it turns golden & crispy.
- After the noodles turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and let them cool.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, two chopped green chilli and roast well on high flame for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, add 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 2 tbsp of chopped beans, 2 tbsp of chopped cabbage and roast well for 90 seconds on medium flame.
- After 90 seconds, add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1/2 tsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp of chilli sauce and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of Salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and mix well.
- Now add 2 cups of water, mix well and boil.
- While boiling the soup, take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of cornflour & 1 tbsp of water and mix well.
- After the soup starts boiling, little by little, add cornflour slurry and mix well and cook.
- Now turn off the flame, and your Manchow Soup is ready to serve.
- Now, take a Bowl and serve your Manchow Soup into it.
- Now garnish the soup with spring onion greens and add fries Noodles on top of your Manchow soup.
- Now your Perfect restaurant-style Manchow Soup is ready, and you can enjoy it.
