  • Tomato Puree/Paste – 1 Cup
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Chopped Tomato – 1/2 Cup
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
  • Green Peas – 1/4 Cup

  • Grated Paneer – 3/4 Cup

  • Water – 4 tbsp

  • Hot Water – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Veg Keema Masala, place a kadhai on flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, 1 tbsp of oil, and melt.
  • Now add 2 bay leaves, 3 finely chopped onions, and roast well until it turns golden.
  • After some seconds, add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 4 finely chopped green chilli, mix well, and roast.
  • After onion turns golden, add 1/4 cup of chopped green capsicum, red capsicum(optional), yellow capsicum(optional), 1/4 cup of chopped carrot, 1/4 cup of chopped beans and mix well.
  • Now close the lid and cook on medium flame until vegetables turn soft.
  • Now remove the lid, add 1 cup of tomato puree, salt as per taste, mix well, and roast.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of chopped tomato, mix well, and roast.
  • Now add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, and mix everything well.
  • Now add 1/4 cup of green peas and mix well.
  • Now add 3-4 tbsp of water, close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 3-4 minutes, remove the cover, add 3/4 cup of grated cheese and mix well.
  • Now add hot water as required, processed cheese, mix everything well, and turn off the flame.
  • Now garnish your Veg Keema Masala with chopped coriander, slit ginger, and green chilli.
  • Now your perfect Veg Keema Masala is ready, and you can enjoy it.
