Veg Cutlet Recipe | How to make Vegetable Cutlet at Home | Vegetable Cutlet Recipe
Materials
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 inch Finely Chopped Ginge
- 3 Finely Chopped Green chili
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Carrot
- 4 tbsp French Beans
- 4 tbsp Finely chopped beetroot
- Salt as Per taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tsp Boiled Fresh Peas
- 3 Boiled Mashed Potato
- Finely chopped coriander
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumb
- 5 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- Oil for Deep frying
Instructions
- To make Veg Cutlet place a pan on low medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
- Now add 1 inch of chopped ginger, 3 finely chopped green chili, 1 finely chopped onion, and sauté well on low medium flame.
- Now add 1 chopped carrot, 4 tbsp of chopped French beans, mix everything well and sauté for 1minute.

- After 1- minute add 4 tbsp of finely chopped beetroot and fry everything on low medium flame.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of coriander powder 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
- Now add 4 tbsp of boiled fresh Peas and Mix everything well.
- Now add 3 Boiled grated potatoes and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and add finely chopped coriander.
- Now take it out in a bowl and let it cool.
- After the mix become cool then add 4 tbsp of breadcrumb and mix well.
- Now take a small piece of mix and give any shape as per your choice and prepare cutlet from all mix.
- Now take 5 tbsp of all-purpose flour and add salt and mix well.
- Now add water in batches and prepare a semi-thick batter.
- Now coat cutlet with the prepared batter.
- Now coat Prepared cutlet in the breadcrumb.
- Now follow the same steps and coat all cutlets with prepared batter and breadcrumb.
- Now if you want to store it then keep it in an airtight box and keep that box in the freezer (You can store it for 15 days).
- Now place a Pan on medium and add oil for deep fry flame and heat well.
- Now add the prepared cutlet into the pan and fry on medium flame.
- When cutlets become golden and crisp then take them out on a plate.
- Now your Veg cutlet is completely ready and you can enjoy them.
