In this post, I am going to share an easy recipe for making a Testy and Healthy Veg cheese Sandwich at Home.
This is a very simple follow the recipe and in the last of this post, I will also show you a recipe for making Green sandwich chutney that will make Your sandwich testier.

Veg Cheese Sandwich Recipe | How to make Veg Cheese Sandwich at Home | Sandwich Recipe
Materials
- 4 slices Bread
- Butter
- Hara Dhaniya Chutney
- Tomato Ketchup
- Sliced Onion
- Sliced Tomato
- Chaat Masala
- Black Pepper Powder
- Salt
- Cabbage
- Boiled Potato
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Sliced Capsicum
- Cheese
Instructions
- To make Veg Cheese Sandwich take 4 pcs of white sandwich bread.
- Now spread Butter on all Pieces of Bread.
- Now spread Hara Dhaniya/ Coriander Chutney on 2 Bread slices.
- Now spread Tomato ketchup on the Other two Bread slices.
- Now on 2 Bread slices add, Slit Onion, Slices Tomato.
- Now add Chat masala, Black pepper powder, salt as per taste.
- Now add gritted cabbage, Gritted Boiled Potato.
- Now Sprinkle some chaat Masala and add Red chili flakes.
- Now add sliced capsicum and add grated cheese to it.
- Now Cover Both Bread slices with two other Bread slices.
- Now spread Butter on top of bread slices.
- Now place a Pan on flame and grease pan with butter/oil.
- Now place the sandwich in the pan and put the lid on it and roast for 1 Minute.
- After 1 Minute turns and roast another side of the sandwich for 1 minute.
- Now follow the same steps and roast the second sandwich.
- Your sandwich is ready and Now we will make sandwich chutney.
- To make sandwich chutney take a grinding jar and add coriander leaves with stem, Mint leaves, 5 – Green chili, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of roasted Peanuts, 1 inch of ginger, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of black salt.
- Now add 2 tbsp of Nylon Sev, 2 tsp of lemon juice, and add 2 tbsp of cold water.
- Now blend everything well.
- Now your Veg cheese Sandwich and Green chutney are ready and You can Enjoy them.
