Materials
- Sesame Seeds – 75 grams
- Peanuts – 75 grams
- Jaggery – 160 grams
- Dry ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- To make Perfect Mouthwatering Til Peanut Sukhdi, first take 75 grams of Sesame seeds, 75 grams of Peanuts, 160 grams of crushed jaggery.
- Now, place a pan on the flame, add sesame seeds, stir continuously, and roast well.
- After sesame seeds start cracking, turn off the flame and transfer sesame to a plate.
- Now add peanuts into the pan and roast well.
- After peanuts start cracking, turn off the flame and transfer peanuts to a plate.
- When peanuts have cooled down, remove & strain the peel from the peanuts.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add cool sesame seeds, and make a coarse powder.
- Now transfer the powder to a plate.
- Now, add peanuts into the grinding jar and make a coarse powder.
- Now transfer the peanuts powder into the sesame powder plate.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 3 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
- After ghee melts, add crushed jaggery and melt on medium flame.
- While melting the jaggery, take a tray and grease it with oil.
- When the bubble starts coming in the syrup and absorbs the ghee, turn off the flame and add til-peanuts mix into the pan and mix well.
- Now, transfer the mix into the greased plate and spread well.
- After 2 minutes, make cut marks on Sukhdi, let it set.
- Now your Til Peanut Sukhdi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
