In this post, i am going to share an easy and simple recipe to make Market-style Thandai Flavor Matka Malai Kulfi at Home.

So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Matka Malai Kulfi Recipe 

  • Suga – 1/2 Cup 
  • Cashew Nuts – 1/4 Cup
  • Rice Flour – 1/2 Cup 
  • Milk – 3 Cups 
  • Hitkary Thandai – 4 tbsp 
  • Milk Malai – 4 Tbsp 
  • Dry fruits

Materials

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 3 cups Milk 
  • 4 tbsp Hitkary Thandai 
  • 4 tbsp Milk Malai
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • To make Super Testy and super quick Matka Malai Kulfi First take a grinding jar.
  • Now into the jar add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of cashew nuts, 1/2 cup of rice flour.
  •  Now grind everything well and prepare a fine powder.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add 3 cups of milk.
  • Now stir continuously and Boil milk. and scrape the side and mix in the milk.
  • While Milk is boiling then add Prepared Kulfi Mix and whisk everything well with the help of a whisker on low flame and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After Mix starts coating on Spatula then turn off the gas and continuously stir and let it cool.
  • Now to give Thandai Flavour add 4 tbsp of Hitkary Thandai syrup and Mix well.
  • Now add 4 tbsp of milk Malai and Mix well.
  • Now pour it into a grinding jar and blend well for 1 to 2 minutes.
  •  Now fill mix into Small Matka/ Glass.
  • Now add Hitkari Thandai syrup mix.
  • Now cover all Matka/Glass with foil paper.
  • Now let it freeze for 7 to 8 Hours/Overnight.
  •  Now your Delicious Matka Malai Kulfi is ready and You can decorate with dry fruits and Enjoy it.

Thandai Matka Malai Kulfi Recipe – Step By Step
