Materials
- Soya Chunks – 2 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt as per Taste
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- All-purpose flour – 3 tbsp
- Corn flour – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Chilli
- Chopped Capsicum
- Red capsicum
- Yellow Capsicum
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Green Chili
- Chopped Spring Onion
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chilli Souce – 1 tbsp
- Soya Souce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Corn flou – 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the perfect Soya Manchurian, place a pan on a flame, add 3 cups of water, and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, add two cups of soya chunks, salt as per taste, and one teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, and boil well.
- After a boil, turn off the flame and drain the excess water.
- After the soya chunks cool, gently squeeze them and transfer them into a bowl.
- Now add salt as per taste, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, and mix everything well.
- Now add three tablespoons of all-purpose flour and 3–4 tablespoons of corn flour, and mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is medium-hot, add soy chunks and fry well until golden and crispy.
- After the soya chunks turn golden and crispy, transfer the soya chunks into a pan and fry the next batch.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add two tablespoons of oil, rotate the pan, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chillies, and roast for a few seconds.
- After roasting for a few seconds, add chopped red, green, and yellow capsicum, onion petals, and chopped green chillies and sauté for a minute.
- Now add chopped spring onion greens, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, and salt as per taste, and stir for 30–40 seconds.
- After 30–40 seconds, add one tablespoon of red chili sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce, and two tablespoons of tomato ketchup, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water, mix well, and cook.
- Now add the corn start slurry (1 tbsp of corn starts mixed in water) and mix well.
- After a boil, add fried soy chunks and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and garnish it with spring onion greens and coriander leaves.
- Now your perfect Soya Chunks Manchurian is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
