Soya Kabab Recipe | How to make Soya Kabab at Home | Soyabean Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- Soybean Granules – 1.5 cup
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3
- Chopped Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 8 Cloves
- Finely Chopped Onion – 1
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour – 2 tbsp
- Besan/Garm Flour – 2 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- 1 – To make amazing Soya Kabab, first take 1.5 cups of Soyabean granules.
- Now take a grinding jar and add 2-3 chopped green chilli, 1 inch chopped ginger, eight garlic cloves, and grind & make a fine paste.
- Now add Soyabean granules and grind 2-3 times and make a rough mix.
- Now transfer the mix to a bowl and add one finely chopped onion, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, two pinches of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- Now add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of gram flour, finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp of lime juice mix everything well.
- Now add salt as per taste and mix well and prepare a dough.
- Now, take lemon size dough and give it any shape you want and insert a toothpick into it.
- Now prepare all Kabab with the remaining mix(if you want to, you can also store this kabab into the fridge for 2-3 days).
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for deep fry, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is medium hot, add prepared kabab into the pan and fry well until golden and crisp.
- After kabab turns golden and crisp, transfer to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Perfect Kabab are ready, and you can enjoy them.
