Sooji Tikka Bites – 2 flavours

सूजी का Tasty नया चटपटा नाश्ता वो भी बिना तले खाएंगे तो नोनवेज भूल जायेंगे Rava nashta – Suji Nashta

INGREDIENTS
Water – 3 cups
Semolina – 2 cups
Finely chopped onion – 1
Boiled and grated potatoes -2 cup
Salt as per taste
Red chilli flakes – 2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander


CHATPATA TIKKA BITES
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala – 2 tsp

CHEESY TIKKA BITES
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Mozeralla cheese – 1/4 cup
Pizza seasoning – 1 tsp

  • To make sooji tikka bites ake a pan add waer and boil water.
  • Add sooji into water after a boil and mix well without lumps.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,Boiled and grated potatoes and mix well.
  • Add Salt as per tasteRed chilli flakes,Finely chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Turn off flame & let it cool little.
  • Divide into two parts into bowl/plate.
  • For chatpata sooji tikka bites.
  • Add rice flour,Pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  • Take a tray.
  • Add oil & grease tray with oil.
  • Transfer mix and spread.
  • Set in fridge for 1 hour or cover with silver foil or clig wrap and set for 30 mins.
  • After 1 hour remove from fridge cut into pieces.
  • In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let it heat.
  • Shaloow fry tikka’s.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Chatpata tikka bites are ready to serve…Enjoy!!!
  • Cheesy tikka bite
  • In second plate add Rice flour,Mozeralla cheese,Pizza seasoning and mix well.
  • Grease tray and transfer mix and spread.
  • Set in fridge for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour remove from fridge cut into pieces.
  • In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let it heat.
  • Shaloow fry tikka’s.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Cheesy tikka bites are ready to serve…Enjoy!!!

    1. Can we add paneer instead of potato. If yes, in what quantity?

    2. If we use besan instead of rice flour, should we use raw besan or roasted besan?
