Sooji Pakoda Recipe | How to make Sooji Pakoda at Home | Rava Pakoda Recipe
Materials
- Sooji/Rava – 1 bowl
- Curd – 5 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – 1 piece
- Salt as per taste
- Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli flakes – 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped Green chilli 1 tsp
- Finely Coriander – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Sooji Ke Pakode, take a bowl and add one bowl of sooji to it.
- Now add 4 tbsp of curd, finely chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli flakes.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste, chopped coriander, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a thick batter.
- Now, let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, one by one, take a small portion of the mix and drop it into oil.
- Now stir and fry until the Pakoda turns golden.
- After the Pakoda turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next Batch.
- Now your Perfect & crispy Sooji Pakoda is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
