Easy Shakkarpara Recipe | How to make Shakkarpara | Shakkar pare recipe
Materials
- 500 gms All-Purpose Flour
- 100 ML Cooking Oil
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Water as Per required
- 400 gms sugar
- 200 ML water
- 1/4 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 pinch Saffron Strands
- Cooking oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make shakkarpara, first take a wide bowl and add 500 grams of all-purpose flour to it.
- Now add 100 mL oil to it, 1 pinch of salt, and mix everything with your hands.
- Now prepare the dough by adding water to it.
- Now keep it covered for 10 minutes.
- Now put a wok on the gar and add 400 grams of sugar and 200 ml of water in it and heat it low flame.
- Now ad 1/4 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tsp of cardamom powder, few saffron strands in it.
- Now turn off the gas when it is on 1 string consistency.
- Now take all dough and make a roll of it and cut into equal pieces.
- Now roll it Medium( Now too thick or not too thin) and cut it from all sides and make a rectangle.
- Now add some dust of meda on it and take a cutter or knife and make stripes.
- Now join edges of 5 stripes and twist all rings and form a ring.
- Now apply water to the edges of the stripe and join them.
- Now follow the same steps and make rigs from all dough.
- Now Put a pan on gas and add oil for deep fry and turn on the gas on medium flame.
- After the oil is heated add then add rings in it and fry them until golden crisp.
- Afer they Becomes golden crisp take them out into the plate.
- Now Just heat the sugar syrup again.
- Now dip all rings in sugar syrup and coat all sides for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Now take all rigs out on a plate and Now your shahi shakkarpare is ready and you can enjoy them.
