इस होली में बनाये नए तरह की मिठाई जिसका स्वाद महीनो तक रहेगा याद shakarpara – shakarpara recipe

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour – 500 gms
Cooking oil – 100 ml
Salt – 1 pinch
Water as per required
Sugar – 400 gms
Water – 200 ml
Lime juice – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Safrron strands – 1 pinch
Cooking oil for deep fry

  • To make Shahi Shakarpare Rings take a bowl for mixing.
  • Add All purpose flour,Cooking oil,Salt and water and mix well.
  • Prepare a soft dough.
  • Close plate and Let it set for 10 mins.
  • Now to prepare sugar syrup take a pan and add sugar,water and let it melt.
  • Add lime juice, Cardamom powder,Safrron strands and mix well.
  • Prepare one string consistency sugar syrup.
  • Knead after 10 mins.
  • Cut into small pieces
  • Dust maida and roll the dough,Do not roll to thin or to thick.
  • Cut edges and form rectangle.
  • Dust some maida on top.
  • Take a cutter or knife and make strips.
  • Divide into 6-7 strips each.
  • Join edges of 6 strips.
  • Twist all the 6 rings and form a ring.
  • Apply water on edges and strips(refer video).
  • Fry on medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Flip and fry on all sides.
  • Dip into warm sugar syrup for 1 mins and coat well.
  • After 1 min take out of syrup .
  • Shahi Shakarpare Rings are ready to serve.
