Sevai Dosa Recipe | How to make Sevai Dosa at Home | Instant Dosa Recipe
Materials
- Roasted Sevai – 1/2 cup
- Sooji – 1/2 cup
- Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Chopped curry leaves
- Chopped ginger – 1/2 inch
- Chopped Green chilli – 2 pcs
- Chopped onion – 1 pcs
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make excellent Sevai Dosa, first take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of Roasted Sevai.
- Now add 1/2 cup of semolina, 1/2 cup of rice flour, salt as per taste, chopped curry leaves, finely chopped ginger, and green chilli, finely chopped onion.
- Now add 1/2 cup of curd and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add 3/4 water and prepare a batter.
- Now cover the batter and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check the batter and mix well again.
- Now, place a Tawa on flame and grease it with oil and heat.
- Now add one full ladle batter and spread in one direction to medium thickness, add some drops of oil, and cook.
- After it turns golden and crisp, flip it to another side and roast well.
- After Dosa is roasted well, transfer it to a plate and roast the next Dosa.
- Now your Sevai Dosa is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
