Pulao Recipe | How to make Rice Pulao at Home | Pulao Recipe in Electric Pressure cooker
Materials
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 3 Green cardamom
- 1 Black cardamom
- 4 Clove
- 6 Black pepper
- 1 inch Cinamon stick
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- Chopped beans
- Chopped Cauliflower
- Chopped Carrot
- Slit green chilli
- Fresh green peas
- Fresh green peas
- Cottage cheese
- Red bell peppers
- 1 cup Rice
- 3/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- To make Perfect Rice Pulao in an Eclectic Pressure cooker, first take a turn on the Electric pressure cooker and click on saute button.
- Now add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt well.
- After ghee melts, add three green cardamoms, one black cardamom, four cloves, one pcs of cinnamon stick, six peppercorns, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, two bay leaves, and saute well.
- After some time, add two chopped onions, and saute until they turn translucent.
- Now add 1/4 cup of chopped beans, 1/2 cup of chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup of chopped carrot, two slits of green chilli, 1/4 cup of green peas, 1/4 cup of cheese, red chopped capsicum and saute well until they turn a little soft.
- Now add 1 cup of washed rice and mix well and roast a little.
- Now add 1.75 cup water, 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
- Now close the lid and lock it; keep the steam button off so steam does not go out.
- Now, click on cancel button, and after this, click on the pulao button and choose the mound you want to cook.
- After the cooker starts beeping, let the pressure release completely.
- After pressure release, completely remove the lid and transfer the pulao to a bowl.
- Now your Rice pulao is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

11 – After pressure release, completely remove the lid and transfer the pulao to a bowl.
