In this post, I will share an easy and simple recipe to make an Amazing Healthy and testy Dal Appe Step By Step.

So without wasting any time, let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Dal Appe Recipe 

  • Split Chickpeas – 4 tbsp 
  • Moong Dal – 4 tbsp 
  • Toor Dal – 4 tbsp
  • Quinoa – 1/2 cup 
  • Water – 1 cup 
  • Water for making the batter 
  • Finely chopped green chilli – 1 pcs
  • Ginger Paste – 1 tsp 
  • Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp 
  • Finely chopped onion – 1 pcs 
  • chopped capsicum – 1/2 pcs
  • Salt – 1 pcs
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • pepper powder – 1 tsp 
  • Eno – 1 Pack

Dal Appe Recipe | How to make Dal Appe at Home | Healthy Indian Recipe

In this post, I will share an easy and simple recipe to make Amazing Healthy and testy Dal Appe Step By Step.

Materials

  • 4 tbsp Split Chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp Moong Dal 
  • 4 tbsp Toor Dal 
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa 
  • 1 cup Water 
  • Water for making the batter 
  • 1 pcs Finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste 
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander 
  • 1 pcs Finely chopped onion 
  • 1/2 tsp chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 pack Eno 

Instructions

  • Make Delicious and Healthy Dal Appe first, take a bowl, and add 1/4 cup of Split chickpeas, 1/4 cup of moong dal, 1/4 cup of Urad dal.
  • Now wash all lentils 2 to 3 times and soaked them in water for 2 hours.
  • Now, take 1/2 cup of quinoa and wash it and soak it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, remove the excess water.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add 1/2 cup of water to it.
  • Now add soaked quinoa, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, check the quinoa and turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now, after 2 hours, remove the excess water from lentils.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add soaked lentils to it and add cooked quinoa.
  • Now add water as required and grind everything well and make a smooth paste.
  •  Now transfer the batter into a bowl.
  •  In to mix, add one chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of chopped coriander, one chopped onion, 1/2 chopped capsicum.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of pepper powder, and mix everything well.
  • Now, place an Appe pan on flame and heat well on medium flame.
  • Now into the batter, add 1 Eno fruit salt and add water to activate it and mix well in one direction.
  • Now add oil and Appe pan and grease well.
  • Now add 1 tbsp batter in all Appe mould.
  • Now close the lid and cook for 3 minutes on low, medium flame.
  •  After 2 to 3 minutes, flip all Appe and cook on another side for 1 minute.
  • Now, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and cook another batch.
  • Now your Healthy and testy Appe is ready, and you can enjoy them.
