  • Raw Mango – 2
  • Water – 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 1/ cup
  • Black Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Green Food Colour – 2 drops

Materials

  • 2 Raw Mango
  • 1/2+1/4 cup Water 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 
  • 1 cup Water 
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt 
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder 
  • 2 tsp Green Food Colour

Instructions

  •  To make Green Raw Mango candy, first, take 2 Raw mangoes.
  • Now peel the mango and cut them into small pieces, and remove the seed.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add Mango pieces into it.
  •  Now, add 1/4 cup of water into the grinding jar and grind well and make a fine paste.
  • Now, take a bowl and place a strainer on it.
  • Now transfer mango paste into the strainer and sieve the mango paste into a bowl.
  • Take a Glass, transfer mango juice into it, and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  • After 10-15 Minutes, mango juice will be divided into two parts.
  • Now, separate the upper layer of juice into the bowl.
  • Now place the pan on flame and add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water into it and dissolve the sugar.
  • After 2 minutes, add the separated mango juice into the pan and mix well.
  • Now add 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin powder, two drops of green food colour and mix well.
  • Now cook until it turns thick for 5 minutes.
  • Now, to check the consistency of the mix, takes cold water into a bowl.
  • Now add a little mango candy mix into water, and if it mixes in water, then the consistency is not perfect and cook a little more, or if the mango mix turns into the crystal, then consistency is perfect.
  • Now turn off the flame and let it a little cool.
  • Now, take a small silicone candy mould.
  • Now fill candy mix into moulds and leave it for 15-20 minutes to set.
  • After 20 minutes, de-mould the candy.
  • Now your Raw Mango candy is entirely ready, and you can enjoy them.
