Materials
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Milk Powder
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Pistachio
- Almonds
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Milk Powder – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Saffron milk
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the perfect Rasmalai Kalakand, take 1/2 cup of hot milk and three tablespoons of sugar powder and mix well.
- Now add four tablespoons of milk powder and mix well.
- Now add 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder, saffron milk, chopped almonds, and pistachios and mix everything well.
- Now that Rasmalai is ready, keep it in the fridge for some time.
- Now take 200 grams of paneer and grate it with the help of a medium-sized grater.
- Take a Kadhai, add grated cheese, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 cup of milk powder, and 1/4 cup of sugar, and whisk everything well.
- Now place the Kadhai on medium heat and cook until it becomes thick.
- Add saffron milk and a little cardamom powder, and mix well after the mix becomes a little thick.
- Now add chopped pistachios and mix well.
- After the Kalakand turns thick, transfer it to a greased cake tin and spread well.
- Now garnish it with chopped pistachios, saffron strands, and rose petals.
- Now keep the kalakand in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After an hour, check the kalakand and cut it into pieces.
- Now serve the kalakand with chilled rabri.
