Rasbhari Mithai is one of the Sweet which is made of Semolina & the combination of Milk powder & Milk. Condensed Milk can be used instead of Milk powder & Milk.
It is a very instant sweet recipe & easy to make. It is made during some festive occasions like Diwali, Navratri, Holi & all. It can be enjoyed with some Snacks. In this way, many Sweets can be made like Barfi, Milk cake & so on.

Materials
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pinch Saffron Strands
- 2 pinch Orange food colour
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make Rasbhari Mithai first, Place a wide pan on flame, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water.
- Now, continuously stir and melt the sugar.
- After sugar melt well, add some saffron strands, 2 pinches of orange food color, and mix well.
- After sugar syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and melt.
- After ghee melt, add 1/2 cup of Semolina and roast well on medium flame.
- After Semolina turns aromatic, little by little, add 1 cup of milk, mix well, and cook until it starts leaving the pan.
- Now, take a plate and grease it with oil.
- Now transfer the suji mix to the greased plate and let it cool.
- After the mix has cooled down, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder 2 tbsp of milk powder, mix everything well with your hands, and prepare a smooth dough.
- Now, take a small portion of the dough and prepare a small ball.
- Now, take any Designer Mould and Make a design on it(you can also use any other way to make a design on it).
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for deep frying, and heat well.
- Now, one by one, add Prepared Rasbari Mithai in the hot oil and fry well until golden.
- After your Rasbhari sweet turns golden, transfer it into the sugar syrup and leave it for 5 to 6 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, transfer them to a plate.
- Now your Rasbhari Mithai is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
