Rajasthani Malpua Recipe | How to make Rajasthani Malpua | Easy Malpua Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Maida
- 3/4 cup Milk powder
- 3/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Crushed Elachi powder
- Oil/ghee for frying
- Chopped Almonds & pista
Instructions
- To make Perfect Rajasthani Malpua, first take a bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of milk powder.
- Now, little by little, add milk, mix well, and prepare a medium consistency batter.
- Now, the batter and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar,3/4 cup of water and melt the sugar.
- After sugar melts, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and keep the pan aside.
- After 15 minutes, check the batter and mix well again.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, turn the flame low and add one full ladle of Malpua batter into the pan(Add Malpua Batter according to space).
- After some time, spit the Malpua and fry until light brown on low, medium flame.
- After Malpua turn light brown, take them out from the oil, squeeze the excess oil, and transfer them to a plate.
- Now transfer the hot Malpua into the sugar syrup and keep it into syrup for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, take out Malpua from the sugar syrup.
- Now your Rajasthani Malpua are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
