Materials
- Potato – 5
- All-Purpose Flour – 4 tbsp
- Corn starch -3 to 4 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Curd - 5 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Green Chili – 2
- Red Chili – 4 to 5
- Curry Leaves
- Chopped Onion -1 tsp
- Coriander powder -1 tsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Little Lemon juice
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- To make the perfect Potato 65, take five potatoes and peel them.
- Next step – grate all potatoes and keep the grated potato in water.
- Next step – Squeeze the water and transfer the grated potato into a bowl.
- Next step – add 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 3-4 tbsp of corn starch, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Next step – mix everything well.
- Next step – add salt as per taste and mix well again.
- Next step – take a small portion of the mixture and prepare small balls with the mix.
- Next step – add prepared balls into hot oil and fry well until golden and crispy(and make sure do not touch the potato balls until 2 minutes).
- After 2 minutes, rotate the potato balls and fry well.
- After the potato balls turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate.
- Next step – take 5 tbsp of whisked curd, add 1/2 tsp of corn flour and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic and roast a little.
- Next step – add slit green chilli, 4-5 dry red chilli, some curry leaves, and roast a little.
- After one minute, add one chopped onion and roast well until pink.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of coriander, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the flame, add the curd mixture and mix well.
- After mixing, turn on the flame, add salt as per taste, mix well and cook well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of lemon juice, and mix well.
- Next step- add fried potato balls, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- After one minute, turn off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves.
