  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp 
  • Chopped green chilli – 2 
  • Chopped onion – 1
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp 
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  • Jeera Powder  1 tsp 
  • Salt – 1 tsp 
  • Finely chopped – 2 tbsp 
  • Curd – 3 tbsp 
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 1 cup Poha
  • 2 pcs Bread
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 Chopped green chilli
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp  Curd
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • To make Poha Namkeen Cake, first take 1 cup of Poha and soak it in water for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, drain the water and transfer Poha into a bowl.
  • Now, take two bread and cut the brown edges of all breads.
  • Now dip the bread into the water and drain excess water.
  • Now crush the bread and add to the soaked Poha.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of rice flour, two chopped green chilli, one chopped onion, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of jeera powder, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
  • Now add 3 tbsp of curd and mix everything well and prepare a soft dough.
  • Now, take a tray, grease it with oil, and transfer Poha mix into it and spread well.
  • Now, let it set for 5 minutes in the fridge.
  • After 5 minutes, take out the tray from the fridge and cut the cake into small pieces.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.
  • Now, place prepared and Poha cake into the pan and fry well.
  • After 1 minute, flip and fry on both sides until golden and crisp.
  • After Poha cake turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Now your Poha Namkeen cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
