Poha Namkeen Cake Recipe | How to make Poha Namkeen Cake | Easy Poha Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Poha
- 2 pcs Bread
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 Chopped green chilli
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- To make Poha Namkeen Cake, first take 1 cup of Poha and soak it in water for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, drain the water and transfer Poha into a bowl.
- Now, take two bread and cut the brown edges of all breads.
- Now dip the bread into the water and drain excess water.
- Now crush the bread and add to the soaked Poha.
- Now add 2 tbsp of rice flour, two chopped green chilli, one chopped onion, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of jeera powder, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
- Now add 3 tbsp of curd and mix everything well and prepare a soft dough.
- Now, take a tray, grease it with oil, and transfer Poha mix into it and spread well.
- Now, let it set for 5 minutes in the fridge.
- After 5 minutes, take out the tray from the fridge and cut the cake into small pieces.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- Now, place prepared and Poha cake into the pan and fry well.
- After 1 minute, flip and fry on both sides until golden and crisp.
- After Poha cake turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
