Ingredients Paneer tikka Recipe

  • Besan/Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Curd – 5 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp..
  • Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Gram Masala – 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Onion Petals
  • Capsicum
  • Paneer – 300 gms

In this post i am going to share a very easy paneer tikka recipe.

Materials

  • 2 tbsp Besan/Gram Flour
  • 5 tbsp Curd 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain 
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala 
  • 1 tsp Gram Masala 
  • 1 tsp Kasurimethi 
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice 
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Onion Petals
  • Capsicum Quatered
  • 300 gms Paneer 

Instructions

  • To make the delicious paneer tikka, take 2 tbsp. gram flour and roast it for 2 minutes on the gas on medium flame.
  • Now take a bowl and add 5 Tbsp of thick curd, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, add ¼ tbsp of crushed ajwain, add 2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilly powder, add cumin powder, 1 tbsp of salt, add 1 tbsp of Black salt, add ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of chaat masala, 1 tbsp of garam masala and add 1 tbsp of crushed kasuri methi.  
  • now add Roasted gram flour and now add Hot mustard oil and mix everything well with a spoon. 
  • Now add 1 tbsp. of Lemon juice and again mix everything.
  • Now add chopped coriander.
  • Now add 1 chopped onion petals.
  • Now add 1 chopped capsicum quartered.
  • Now take 300 Grams of paneer(cubes cut) and add it into the bowl 
  •  Now mix everything gently with your hand. 
  • After Mixing everything, leave it for 15 – 30 minutes. 
  •  Now take skewers and pierce in capsicum, onion and paneer alternatively.
  • Now take a pan (tawa) and put it on the gas. 
  •  now add butter and oil on the surface of the pan. 
  • now place tikka on the pan and roast all sides until it becomes golden. 
  •  Now take the tikka from the pan and keep it on a plate.
  • Now if you want to roast your tikka in a different way so can try this trick. 
  • First, turn on the gas and roast the paneer tikka on the gas. 
  • Now you can place your tikka on a plate. 
  • To get tandoor smoky flavour take a hot charcoal in a bowl and put that bowl in the plate. 
  • Now – add 1 tbsp of ghee in Bowl now smog will come and now put the lid on Plate.
  • And now your delicious  paneer tikka is ready and you can enjoy it.

Paneer tikka Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make restaurant-style Paneer tikka, first place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of gram flour, and roast for 2 minutes.
2 – After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
3 – Now, take a bowl and add 5 tbsp of thick curd, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
4 – Now add 1/4 tsp of ajwain, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of garam masala.
5 – Now add 1 tsp of Kasuri methi, 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour, 2 tbsp of hot mustard oil.
6 – Now, mix everything well with the help of a spoon.
7 – Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well.
8 – Now add chopped coriander, 1 onion petals, 1 quartered capsicum, and mix well.
9 – Now add 300 grams of cheese cubes and coat well with your hands.
10 – Now, let it marinate for 15 minutes in the fridge.
11 – Now, take skewers and pierce in capsicum, onion and paneer alternatively.
12 – Now place a tawa on flame and add a little butter, and grease the pan.
13 – Now, one by one, place prepared paneer tikka into pan and roast well on low, medium flame.
14 – After some time, turn them to another side and roast well until golden and crisp.
15 – After Paneer tikka turns golden, transfer them to a plate.
16 – Now, to make paneer tikka with the second trick, turn on the flame.
17 – Now, directly roast Paneer tikka on the flame on all sides.
18 – Now your paneer tikka is ready, and to give smoggy flavour to it, place hot charcoal in the paneer tikka plate.
19 – Now add 1 tsp of hot butter on charcoal, close the lid, and leave it for 3-4 minutes.
20 – After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid and check it.
21 – Now your Perfect restaurant style Paneer tikka is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
