Materials

  • Paneer – 400gm
  • Condensed Milk- 300gm
  • Desiccated Coconut – 3 tbsp
  • Milk Powder- 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp

Instructions

  • To make Perfect Instant Kalakand, first take 400 grams of cheese.
  • Now crush the paneer with your hands.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add crushed paneer into it, grind on the pulse, and make a coarse powder.
  • Now transfer the paneer to a bowl.
  • Now add 300 grams of condensed milk, 3 tbsp of desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp of milk powder, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
  • Now, place a pan on low flame and add kalakand mix.
  • Now cook the mix on low flame until the mix turns thick and starts leaving the pan.
  • While cooking the Kalakand, take a cake tin, add butter paper into it and grease it with ghee.
  • After the mix turns thick and starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
  • Now transfer the mix into the greased tray, spread well, and let it set.
  • Now, take out Kalaknd from the tray and cut into any shape you want.
  • Now garnish it with silver leaf and dry fruits.
  • Now your Instant Kalakand is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
