- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Butter Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Sliced Onion – 2
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Ginger – 1.5 inch
- Chopped Garlic
- Besan Chopped
- Tomato – 3
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- Kitchen King Masala – 1 tsp
- Chopped Capsicum – 1
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Paneer – 250 gm
- Milk Cream – 2 tsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing paneer Bhurji, place a kadhai on flame, add two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of butter, and heat well.
- Now add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, two finely chopped onions, and roast well.
- After the onion turns pink, add 2-3 chopped green chili, 1.5 inches of ginger, and chopped garlic, and cook for two minutes.
- After roasting for some time, add one tablespoon of gram flour and cook.
- After the gram flour turns aromatic, add three chopped tomatoes, and salt as per taste, and cook well.
- After roasting well, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of kitchen king masala, and roast well.
- Now add one chopped capsicum and cook for some time.
- After some time, add one teaspoon of Kasoori methi and 1/2 cup of water, and cook well with a closed lid.
- After 3 minutes, add 250 grams of grated cheese, mix well, and cook.
- After the paneer Bhurji releases the oil, add two tablespoons of whisked milk cream and mix well.
- After a minute, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander and split green chili.
- Now your perfect paneer Bhurji is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
