Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe | How to make Palak Paneer Paratha | Lifafa Paratha Recipe
Materials
- Spinach – 1 Bunch
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Powder
- Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Coriander
- Wheat flour – 4 tbsp
- Water
Instructions
- To make the amazing Palak Paneer Paratha, take one bunch of spinach, wash and remove the stem.
- Next step – add spinach into boiling water and boil it for 1-1.5 minutes.
- After 1-1.5 minutes, turn off the flame, transfer the spinach to a strainer and let it cool.
- Next step – take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of oil, and mix everything well.
- Next step – add water in batches and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Next step – check the spinach, squeeze well and remove the water.
- Next step – add spinach into a grinding jar, and make a coarse paste.
- Next step – take 200 grams of cheese and grate it into a bowl.
- Next step – add spinach, one chopped onion, and 2-3 chopped green chilli into the cheese bowl.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, cumin powder, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
