Materials
- Mango – 400 grams
- Milk Malai – 3/4 cup
- Warm milk – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 4-5 tbsp
- Cardamom powder
- Dry fruits(Optional)
Instructions
- To make the amazing No-cook Mango Ice Cream, take a mango(400 Grams).
- Now, peel the mango and cut it into small chunks.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add mango chunks, and make a fine paste.
- Now take a bowl, add 3/4 cup of milk malai, 1/4 cup of warm milk and whisk well(don’t mix/blend in the mixer).
- Now take mango pulp jar, add prepared malai mixture, 4-5 tbsp of sugar, cardamom powder, 4 tbsp of milk powder, and 1 pinch of salt.
- Now blend everything well on the pulse.
- Now, take the Ice cream mould, cup or glasses and fill the make ice cream mixture.
- Now, cover all moulds with the foil paper.
- Now freeze the ice cream info freezer for one hour.
- After one hour, take out ice cream moulds from the freezer and insert the kulfi stick into them.
- Now again, keep the kulfi mould in the freezer and freeze for 5-6 hours.
- After 4-5 hours, take out all moulds from the freezer.
- Now demould the kulfi and garnish them with chopped dry fruits(Optional).
- Now your perfect Mango Ice cream is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

No Cook Mango Kulfi Recipe – Step By Step
