Ingredients of Suji Breakfast Recipe 

  • Sooji/Rava- 1 Cup
  • Curd/Dahi- 1/2 Cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin/Jeera Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
  • Boiled Vermicili/Sevai- 1 Cup
  • Capsicum- 3 tbsp
  • Red Capsicum- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Tomato- 1
  • Chopped Carrot- 1
  • Finely Chopped Onion- 1
  • pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Besan/Gram Flour- 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped Coriander
  • Lemon Juice- 1 tsp

Materials

  • 1 cup Sooji/Rava
  • 1/2 cup Curd/Dahi
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 cup Boiled Vermicili/Sevai
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Red Capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Besan/Gram Flour
  • Finely chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • To make New style Suji breakfast, first take a bowl and add 1 cup of fine suji.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of curd and mix well with a and if required add 2 tbsp water.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 cup of boiled vermicelli.
  • Now add 3 tbsp of capsicum, 2 tbsp of red capsicum, one chopped tomato, one chopped onion.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 2 tbsp of gram flour, chopped coriander, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
  • Now, take a lemon size ball to prepare a cutlet shape.
  • Now coat it with vermicelli.
  • Now prepare cutlet from remaining mix and coat with vermicelli.
  • If you want to make it with less oil, then take a ball size mix, prepare a round ball with it, and do not coat it with vermicelli.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for shallow fry and heat well.
  • Now, one by one, add cutlet into it and shallow fry on low flame.
  • After this turns golden, flip it and fry well.
  • Now transfer it to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • To prepare it with less oil, place an appe pan on flame and grease it with oil.
  • Now, place prepared mix balls into a mold and apply oil on them.
  • Now, close the lid and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes, check it and flip to another side and cook.
  • After appe turns golden, turn off the flame and transfer them to a plate.
  • Now your both types of suji breakfast are ready, and you can enjoy them.

New Suji Breakfast Recipe – Step By Step
