Tips to make Nariyal Ke Laddu 

Use fresh coconut: Nariyal laddu is best made with freshly grated coconut. Use frozen or desiccated coconut instead of fresh coconut if you can’t find any.

Roasting coconut helps to remove moisture and improves the flavour of the coconut. Grated coconut should be roasted on a low flame. To avoid burning, stir often while roasting.

While preparing sugar syrup, use finely ground, premium sugar of the highest quality. The sugar syrup needs to be thick and gooey.

Use ghee or clarified butter: When creating the sugar syrup and moulding the laddus, use ghee rather than oil. Ghee gives the combination a rich flavour and aids in binding.
