Materials
- Mushroom – 500 gm
- All-purpose flour – 4 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Sabji Masala – 1 tbsp
- Ginger And Garlic Paste
- Curd – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Bay Leaf – 1
- Cardamom /Black – 1
- Cardamom /Green – 2
- Cinnamon Stick
- Clove – 2 to 3
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 2
- Garlic
- Chopped Green Chili – 3
- Chopped Ginger
- Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Tomato – 3
- Salt as per Taste
- Water – 1 cup
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Kasoori Methi
- Chopped Coriander
- Green Chili
Instructions
- To make the perfect mushroom masala, take 500 grams of mushroom and rub it with all-purpose flour.
- After rubbing well, wash the mushroom well and cut the bottom part of the mushroom into small pieces.
- Take a bowl, add mushroom pieces, salt as per taste, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of sabzi masala, ginger garlic paste, and 2-3 tablespoons of curd, and mix everything well.
- After mixing well, add chopped coriander, mix everything well, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Place a cooker on flame, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add one bay leaf, one black cardamom, two green cardamoms, 2-3 cloves, a cinnamon stick, and 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and roast a little.
- After some time, add two chopped onions and cook for 1 minute.
- After a minute, add 15-20 garlic cloves, three chopped green chilies, and two teaspoons of grated ginger, and roast for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add one tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and mix everything well.
- After some time, add three roughly chopped tomatoes and salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
- Add 1 cup of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook until two whistles.
- After two whistles, remove the lid and mash everything well.
- Now add the marinated mushrooms, mix well, and cook.
- After cooking, add one tablespoon of butter and Kasoori methi and mix well.
- Now, add 1 cup of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook until two whistles.
- After two whistles, turn off the flame and check the mushroom masala.
- Now add chopped coriander and slit green chilies and mix well.
