Materials
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 4 Boiled & Mashed Potato
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
For Chutney Recipe
- Coriander Leaves with Stem
- Pudina/Mint Leaves
- 5 Green Chilles
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 1 inch Ginger
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Balck Salt
- 2 tbsp Nylon Sev
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Onion Slices
- Tomato Slices
- Capsicum Slices
Instructions
- To make this Amazing Mumbai Style Masala Toast, first take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds; after some time, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2-3 finely chopped green chilli, some curry leaves, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute everything well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, and saute on low flame.
- After one minute, add four medium sizes boiled and mashed potato, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, mix everything well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt per taste, 1 tsp of chaat masala and mix well.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well.
- Now your Masala toast sandwich masala is ready and transfer it into a bowl and let it cool.
- Now, to make Masala sandwich chutney, first take a grinding jar and add green coriander, 1/4 cup of mint, five green chillies, six garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of roasted peanuts.
- Now add 1 inch of ginger, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 2 tbsp of nylon Sev, 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Now add 2 tbsp of cold water and grind everything well and make a thick paste.
- Now transfer it into a bowl, and your Green chutney is ready.
- Now take 4 Sandwich bread and apply butter on all bread.
- Now apply green chutney on all bread.
- Now, on two slices, add 1 tbsp of prepared Aalu Masala and spread well.
- Now add tomato slice, capsicum slice, onion slice as you wish.
- Now sprinkle chaat masala and place a cheese slice on bread and close them.
- Now, apply butter on the upper side of the bread.
- Now, you can bake, roast, or grill it. I am using here sandwich maker.
- Now, place a sandwich make on flame and heat on low flame.
- Now, apply butter on it and place the sandwich into it.
- Now, now close the sandwich maker and cook well for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, turn it to another side and cook well for 1 minute.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer the sandwich to a plate.
- Now apply hot butter and chutney on it.
- Now, cut it into four pieces and serve it on a plate.
- Now garnish it with processed cheese and nylon Sev.
