  • Radish(Mooli) – 3 
  • Green chilli – 6 
  • Achar Masala – 2 tbsp 
  • Vineger – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 3 Radish(Mooli)
  • 6 Green chilli 
  • 2 tbsp Achar Masala
  • Vineger 
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds 

Instructions

  • To make Instant Muli Achar, first take three pieces of peeled Radish(Muli), six green chilli, 2 tbsp of achar masala, 1 tbsp of vinegar 3 tbsp of mustard seeds.
  • Now, take muli and cut it into small pieces.
  •  Now sprinkle 1 tsp of salt on the radish, mix well, and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
  • Now, cut the chili into long pieces.
  • After 30-40 minutes, check the radish and separate the water from the radish.
  • Transfer the readish to a towel and clean the water and leave it on the towel for some time.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of mustard seeds, and heat well.
  • Now add achar masala, mix well, and roast on low flame for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
  • After 1.5 minutes, add radish and chopped chilli into the pan, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  • After 5 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  •  After Achar has cooled, add 1 tbsp of vinegar and mix well.
  • Now, fill the Achar into a jar, and you can store it for one month.
  • Now your Instant Radish Achar is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Muli Ka Achar Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Instant Muli Achar, first take three pieces of peeled Radish(Muli), six green chilli, 2 tbsp of achar masala, 1 tbsp of vinegar 3 tbsp of mustard seeds.

2 – Now, take mooli and cut it into small pieces.
